Top Rails & Caps for a 15X33 Aqualeader Concerto

Over the winter one of the side rails cracked,the next 6 have collapsed in because of this. We also have a couple caps that need to be replaced. We have tried to order parts through Pelican(where we bought the pool) a couple of times, with no success. Where can we order these parts?

Info on Aqua Leader Concerto liner

I recently purchased a used Aqua leader concerto pool 24' x 52" and am looking to purchase a new liner. I was told by a local company that I couldn't buy a liner from just anyone--that the pool was made in Canada and the only a liner from Canada would fit. I am not sure if it is true or if they are just saying it so that I purchase the liner from them. It is a beaded liner and the pool is over 15 yrs old. Any info can help.

I am looking for upright posts for an Aqua Leader Illusion pool. Does anybody have any idea where I can find some? They are resin and for a 54 inch tall wall. Pool is about 10 years old.

27' Aqua Leader Post Bottom Plate

I recently bought a used 27' x 48" resin Aqua Leader pool. I think the manufacture date was around 2005. When the previous owner took it apart, some of the clips on the bottom plate that attach the support posts broke. Is there another way to secure the posts to the bottom plates? I read in another post that the support posts are mainly for the support of the top rail. Do I need to worry that the pool may collapse because of the missing clips?

Me too! I have searched everywhere on the web to no avail! I need to replace a couple of the tracks on a 27' Allegro.

I found a place called: www.poolboys.com which seems to be able to get the parts. I called and they said if I could give them a part number they could get it.

I called Aqua Leader in Canada and asked for a part list for my pool and/or information on how to obtain replacement parts. They told me they would email me something within 1/2 hour. It's been days and still nothing.

This is so frustrating.

I have YET to find them, I believe the part # is Aqua Leader Part # 10758_ _ 100 but still cannot find anyone or anywhere to get them...HELP!

Pool parts for Aqau Leader?

I have an aqua leader pool (3 yrs old) and have a cracked top rail. I went to the pool store and they told me to go to mypoolwarranty.com. I sent them pictures and made a warranty claim. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. It has been 3 months and nothing. I called them and it rings for 45 minutes telling you "all our reps" are busy, then hangs up on you. Can't e-mail them because their web site is under construction (again for 3 months). No way to get a hold of them and they don't want you to.

Foot supports

We bought a used pool that ended up having foot supports bust off of certain pieces (bottom tracks). The pool is a brand that is no longer made. I am wondering how I can order replacements? Its an aqua leader concerto brand-27'. Its a fabulous pool, & we got an amazing deal. Just want to get going on it soon since the weather is starting to get nice. Aqua Leader Parts - Selling

A family friend gave us their pool. It is an Aqua Leader from about 15 years ago. Several parts were broken so I bought them from the pool supply store. The are really expensive, the four broken posts were $380 after taxes.

I starting working on installation and have realized that several other parts are broken. At this point, I am tossing in the towel. I don't want to throw anymore money at this free pool.

I am here to see if I can sell off the parts people need to make back what I have invested.

I believe it is a Sentinelle. I will sell the parts very cheap compared to the only online location mentioned on the other threads.

Aqua Leader Parts for a 21 ft 15 segment pool earlier Creation Model (Mirage or Jazz?)

I had an issue where a tree fell and damaged two Top Rails or Top Ledges on my Aqua Leader Pool.

The pool looks a lot like a Creation design, but I have 15 Top Ledges not the more common 14 today.

So while the 14 segment pool the Top ledges are around 56 inches the 15 segment ledges are 52 inches.

Finding it tough to find any ~ 52" long, 6 inch wide, RESIN/Plastic Top Ledges.

My pool is from 2006 is I think it was either a Jazz or Mirage model from Aqua Leader.
