Bottom Rail
Need Top Rail and Side Post
I have the remains of a 4'x 24' above ground pool, I have the bottom track and bottom supports for the side support post, also have the side wall, but the top rail and side supports are m.i.a, all but 1. I have taken photo's of what i have, if anyone can i.d. the type of hardware this is and who manufacture's it I would be extremely happy. I have coping material that will work for the liner.
I have a Muskin 15 by 26 oval pool and my top rails have rusted. I need to replace them with a new top rail or I can buy replacement used parts. No pool stores in my area sell them.. Where can I order them???? Please help, the rest of my pool is in PERFECT condition and I can't afford to replace the whole thing because I can't find the guard rails. Can you email me a reply @ nsimpson222@gmail.com

Pool end and one side
Hello. Thank you for taking the time to create the valuable website. As I learn to care for my first pool, I will refer to this website often.
After searching the Q&A section, I could not locate some information needed to install my first pool. This spring, I purchased a used pool from an individual selling their house. I dismantled the pool and transported the pieces to my house. Now, it's time to reconstruct the pool. Some photos are included, which show the pool frame before I dismantled it, as well as some photos of the bottom rails.
The pool is 15'x30' with a 1' aluminum walkway and rails surrounding it, as well as a 15'x6' aluminum deck and hinged stairway leading to the deck. From what I can tell everything is aluminum, e.g. the frame pieces, the pool wall, and the straps running under the pool.
First, do you know the manufacturer of this pool, as I could not find any mfg. information on the pool pieces. This information might help me locate replacement parts in the future.
Second, do you know where I can find replacement bottom rails? My rails look different than the Doughboy rails that are referenced on this site, so I was searching for an option to replace these rails.
Thank you, Chris

Hi, I have an Artesian 16x24 NY Seville II 54" with 16 uprights. The pool wall has rusted and I'm trying to find a replacement. Does anyone still have anything like this since this company has since been bought out and they do not make this model anymore? It would be best to find this replacement but my second option is just to find a pool with only the wall and uprights that is 16x24 54" high and with 16 uprights as I have a pool deck that surrounds the entire pool and the pool sits 2 feet under ground. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you.

I have this same pool - purchased it from Pool City about 8 years ago. I am in the Pittsbrugh area. I came across your comment when searching for something else (info) I needed about our pool and am going to be pretty bummed if they are out of business.
Artesian pools that is. I just found a web site for them:
ARTESIAN POOLS LLC
1601 WICOMICO ST
BALTIMORE, MD 21230-1705
(410)332-4008
www.splashpoolsandspas.com
which is the same address for them as my paperwork and warranty from Pool City,,,so I am not sure how they can be out of business.
When you click on contact - you get: garylhicks@hotmail.com
Try it.

We are putting our above ground pool inground and found when we took it apart the bottom track had rusted. After doing an online search we found that we cannot locate the size of individual tracks needed. We have contacted the local pool supply company that sells our pool but found they do not carry the track. They in turn contacted their corporate office which has not replied with an answer. Is there a company that sells different size tracks.

I have an above ground pool that was built into the ground around 2 or 3 ft due to the ground not being level. I have been burying the ladder every year to compensate but this is very difficult. Is there an adjustable ladder I can purchase or something else I can use? I have no room to build a deck around it. Thank you. Darlene

Top Support Plate
I have a Swim n Play Yorkshire pool that was purchased on clearance 5 years ago. The liner has completely disintegrated and we are replacing that. In taking the liner out, we are looking for some replacement parts. We need the top support steel plates and I have been searching everywhere. It would be great to even get something close so we can retrofit it. The plates are 5 1/4” across and 4” depth with 3 screws that stick up perpendicular to the plate...2 of which are on an angle. Any help would be appreciated.
